Description
On a 2200 m2 large natural plot with trees and only about 300 meters from the coast at Helligsø Drag is this extremely well-kept cottage. The house is built of wood and inside the visible beams give a wonderful atmosphere and the feeling of a real cottage. There is a bright kitchen equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, extractor hood and dishwasher. From the combined living / dining room there is direct access to the covered / open terrace that extends all the way around the house. There are TVs with chromecast for streaming your own streaming services. Bathroom with shower.
An air / air heat pump is installed in the house. The house has two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed with two beds. The house is only a short drive from a bird-rich fjord area. Not for rent to youth groups.

Det var rigtig hyggeligt indrette - gode rum, / Gode terrasser hele vejen om huset så man kan følge solen, / Udenomsplads udnyttet godt med alt fra shelter, bålplads og plads til at bolter sig på, samt masser af natur,
