Description

In one of the most sought after areas in Strøby Ladeplads, this very exciting holiday home is located in the 1st row to the water. The house was built in 2020/2021 and consists of 148 m2 with a sloping ceiling and panoramic views over the water and where things have really been picky about. The cottage has a large, bright entrance hall, large kitchen / living room and living room. There is & # 8221; master bedroom & # 8221; with double bed and private bathroom. In addition, two more large double bedrooms. All rooms have beautiful views of the water and direct access to the beautiful, large terrace. They are another bathroom and associated outdoor shower. There is also a 3rd smaller toilet with sink.

The heating takes place via air / water system with associated ventilation system. There is of course underfloor heating throughout the house on the ground floor. From the stairs in the entrance hall you go up to a very cozy large loft, which is divided into 2 rooms with a total of 4 beds. Finally, the living room has a cozy alcove. On the plot there is a carport with charging stations for electric car. Turn on the grill, open the wine and enjoy the sun and the silence, it does not get much better. Not for rent to youth groups. Not for rent to craftsmen.

Udsigten og et stort fÃ¦lles rum, hvor alle kan fÃ¸lge med i, hvad alle laver, Vi havde bl,a, fremvisning af "gamle familie-videoer" - og det kunne alle fÃ¸lge, selvom nogle mÃ¥ske ogsÃ¥ lige spillede et spil eller lavede mad! / VÃ¦relserne var fine og store - og dejligt med gode badevÃ¦relser og et ekstra toilet!
