The house has panoramic windows, furniture in modern Scandinavian design and wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings, a 4-person sauna, wood-burning stove and ASTRA satellite reception. There is an LCD TV, hairdryer, iron and board. In 2013, a new bed and mattresses were added to the master bedroom as well as fly nets for the windows. The house also includes a partially covered and screened terrace (solarium) with access from the living room and an additional terrace with wall, as well as a jetty and a canoe (use of canoes is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). In the Water and Landscape Park and in the surrounding area there are good fishing opportunities. There is free fishing rights on the plot.
