This spacious villa, all on one floor, is quietly located in the municipality of Arenas. The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 small children. It has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and the villa has a beautiful private swimming pool. It is located high on a mountain with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea.
For a refreshing dip, jump into the large private swimming pool. To top it all, the beach of Torre del Mar is only a 20 min drive from here. The home is equipped with numerous board games and WiFi.
Arenas are also the ideal starting point on the way to both relaxation and culture.
Cities such as Malaga (endless terraces, beautiful dike and beach), Granada (Old town, Alhambra), Seville and Cordoba (Mezquita is an absolute must) can be visited with a day trip. Sports and games on the beach of Torre del Mar or in the aqua paradise 7 km away. The picturesque Nerja and Frigiliana are only half an hour away! The last 700 m to Casa Martijo is a steep tarmac road up to the house.
This home is safe for small kids as it is fenced and without any stairs. In the garden house beach equipment.

Geweldig vakantie verblijf op een TOP locatie. Met behulp van de gastvrouw Maria en haar man was het makkelijk te vinden. Maria informeerde regelmatig of alles nog naar wens was.Bungalow voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en was zoals beschreven. Ruim, schoon en goed verzorgd/onderhouden. Zeker een aanrader! Ook de regio Vélez-Malaga en de stranden in de buurt zijn een aanrader.
