This beautiful holiday villa in Saint-Couat-d'Aude features a lovely cooling private pool. You have plenty of privacy here thanks to the fully enclosed garden and there are 2 bedrooms that can jointly accommodate 4 people. This property is suitable for families. In Capendu (6 km) you can do your daily shopping at the Intermarché. In Lézignan-Corbières (10 km) you can find all kinds of large and small shops/supermarkets. You can enjoy restaurants nearby and every Thursday you can order pizza from a food truck a few metres away. With the car you can easily travel to the various nice places in the area (such as Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Narbonne, Lagrasse, Gruissan etc. The accommodation comes with a bathroom including a shower and a sink.

If you don't want to eat out one evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner yourself in the kitchen. The garden is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and you can park your car in the car park.

Perfect huis, alle voorzieningen, alles super schoon. Goede ligging voor.mooie wandelingen binnen korte rijafstand. Volledige omheining voor de hond, en veranda die opwarmt bij zon, ook als het nog een beetje fris is.

Magnifique location très propre avec tout le confort dans les moindres détails. La cuisine est très belle, très bien aménagée et tout est pensé pour votre bien-être. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette demeure décorée avec soin et finesse. Quant à la piscine elle est formidable ! Un seul regret ... ne pas avoir loué plus longtemps et des températures si elevees que nous n'avons pas pu visiter la région. Nous reviendrons donc sans le moindre doute ! Un grand Merci au propriétaires !
