Holiday home in Saint-Julien-La-Genête

On the border of the multifaceted departments of the Puy de Dôme, Allier and the Creuse, in the latter department, you will find this atmospheric house with beautiful views in a spacious garden of 1000 m². This garden offers both shade and places to enjoy the sun on a lounger. The charming house has a living room on the ground floor with pellet stove, TV, fibre-optic internet and sound system, a spacious kitchen with all appliances and a toilet. On the first floor a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is very quiet and free, with no direct neighbours in a small hamlet with a few houses and barns in the beautiful countryside of the Creuse. Five minutes away is the village of Evaux les Bains, a spa town already known to the Romans. Here you will find several bakeries, nice shops, restaurants and a supermarket. There are hiking trails such as l'Arbre du Loup along a three-hundred-year-old oak tree, and don't forget to visit the nearby village of Chambon sur Voueize, once voted one of the most beautiful places in France.
