Description

This fantastic villa is situated in Kaag. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private roofed terrace for you to rejuvenate and relax. It also has a jetty for you to explore the waters. The lake lies 10 m from villa. The restaurant is 200 m from the home whereas the local grocery store is 200 m from the stay. The sea is 10 km from stay if you would like to enjoy a day by the beach side. Amsterdam and Leiden are also nearby to explore.

A balcony is provided for you to have some outdoor times with loved ones. Table tennis table is also provided for recreational purposes. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the property for an additional cost of 50/stay. Parking is provided in the villa. Childrens bed and high chair are offered for the kids. The nearest airport is 15 km away from the villa. You can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

Prachtige, ruime en luxe woning, aan het water, met aanlegsteiger voor de boot. Gelegen op het eiland Kaag, te bereiken met een veerpont die doorlopend heen en weer gaat (routeplanner geeft 30 minuten aan, maar het duurt maar 1 minuut). Op het eiland zelf is niet veel te beleven, maar op het water en in de directe omgeving is er ruim voldoende afleiding. We hebben genoten van de woning en tevens van het naast gelegen en aan te bevelen toprestaurant Tante Kee, gelegen op een unieke plek, met heerlijk eten, goede service, mooi interieur en een goede wijnkaart.

Het huis was ontzettend schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor minder validen is dit huis zeer aan te raden; het huis is voorzien van elektrische deuren, een traplift en op de beneden verdieping een slaapkamer met elektrisch verstelbare bedden. Daarnaast is het huis zeer groots opgezet met brede doorgangen. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras over de Kagerplassen is ook geweldig. De hele dag kun je hier rustig genieten van de zon en alle voorbij varende boten. De omgeving is echt prachtig!

Exzellenter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Schöner konnte es nicht sein. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
