Located in the middle of the Rosental and with a panoramic view of the southern Karawanks is the town of Köttmannsdorf. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The house is sunny and quiet and is located near the Keutschacher See, the Ferlacher Badesee and the Rauschelesee. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of Lake Keutschachersee.
