On the ground floor there is a large living room with a modern open kitchen, a dining area for all guests and a cozy lounge corner. The chalet offers a total of 7 bedrooms (2 with an extra single room and 2 with an extra bunk bed) and 7 bathrooms, spread over 3 floors, a large south-facing terrace, a Finnish sauna and a ski storage room. You can park directly at the chalet. Three different ski areas, two beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake - that's what the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier offers. The slopes on the Schmittenhöhe, the Maiskogel family ski area and the snow-sure ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn offer a total of 150 kilometers of slopes full of variety. The Zell am See - Kaprun region is also ideal for winter hikers, cross-country skiing fans and freestylers. In winter, the free ski bus stops near the house.
