The garden is equipped with garden furniture. There is also a relaxation area with sauna, shower and loungers, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available directly at the house. Directly in Niedernsill you can find the Nagelköpfl - Piesendorf ski area with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts/cable cars and Niedernsill with 1 kilometer of slopes and 2 lifts/cable cars. The well-known ski areas in Salzburgerland such as the glacier ski area in Kaprun, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In summer you can of course enjoy everything that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer, such as the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities.
