The holiday home with a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen-diner has been carefully renovated and offers comfortable furnishings combined with the atmosphere of the past. The house has 6 bedrooms (3 with their own balcony), 3 large bathrooms, 2 outdoor terraces and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The area is home to beautiful hiking trails and impressive flora and fauna. In summer, the public swiiming pool in Obervellach and the Greifenburg bathing lake offers plenty of bathing fun, and the famous Millstätter See can also be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can ski on the Mölltal Glacier with 36 kilometers of slopes (also with a fun park) from October to mid-May. The equally well-known Ankogel/Mallnitz ski area offers almost 13 kilometers of slopes.
