Worth seeing are the mineral-rich Habach valley with its emerald mine, the Hollersbach valley, the Unter- and Obersulzbach valley and of course the Krimmler waterfalls (the highest in Europe). The approx. 50 km long Tauernradwanderweg invites you to explore the landscape.

The high-altitude hiking trails that run through the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern are particularly popular with families. The Wildkogel high-altitude hiking area promises the best views of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Those who like it leisurely can take the 6-person gondola up the mountain in comfort or hike up it themselves.
