This 4-bedroom holiday home in Sourbrodt is great to spend a holiday with a large family or group of 14 people. It has a private roofed swimming pool to cool off and a sauna to relax your muscles after a long day. Nature lovers can head to the forest at 0.5 km and enjoy lovely walks or hikes in the beautiful Ardennes region. During winter, cross country trails at 0.5 km are a delight for adventure lovers. You will find supermarkets and bike rentals at 1 km for an independent holiday. Places to see near Sourbrodt include Signal de Botrange and Parc Naturel Hautes Fagnes-Eifel natural park.

The open kitchen invites you to prepare meals of choice and savor it together. In leisure hours, you can enjoy a match of table football or billiards with your peers. When the weather is nice, you can move out in the fenced furnished garden and enjoy barbecuing. There is a terrace to linger with a glass of wine until late hours. Cot and parking are available. Student parties, bachelor parties or other parties are not allowed in this house. It is not allowed to bring a sound system and after 22:00 you have to respect the peace in this quiet area.

Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles im Haus im sehr guten Zustand. Konnten uns das ganze Wochenende gut im Haus beschäftigen.

Zeer mooie villa, we hebben er met grote groep een leuk weekend gehad. Pool tafel, kicker tafel leuk. Dartsbord minder praktisch. Sauna en jacuzzi leuke faciliteiten. Zwembad was heel proper en warm. Nadeel vochtigheid in zwembad ruimte was heel hoog, zeker met vers proper gemaakt zwembad (veel chloor) moesten we de ramen lang openzetten om geen pijn aan de ogen te hebben. Door het veel moeten openzetten van de ramen + verwarming zwembad liep de energie factuur uiteraard op. Maar dit was ook het enige nadeel aan de villa. De conciërge die ons hielp was heel vriendelijk en kon behoorlijk goed Nederlands. Dichtstbijzijnde grote winkel circa 20min (Colruyt Malmedy). Zeer mooie omgeving, paintball sniper zone op 10min rijden (aanrader!)
