De accommodatie was in één woord voortreffelijk. Allen de adressering die Belvilla verstrekt deugd van geen kant. (Vista Royal 18 N), na e-mail contact te hebben gehad met Luisa Kroon kwam ik achter het correcte adres (Kaya Karibe 18). Ik vind dat de medewerkers van Belvilla dat hadden moeten informeren , en het niet op het bordje van de klant neerleggen. Hetzelfde verhaal geldt voor de stoomvoorziening Europese of Amerikaanse stekkers 110 of 220 volt. moest ik zelf achteraan. de medewerkers van Belvilla hadden geen flauw idee. Al met al Belvilla verhuurt huizen, maar je moet niet om informatie komen, want dan zijn ze niet thuis. Tevens is het onmogelijk om vervoer van en naar de luchthaven te regelen. Service is geen groot goed bij Belvilla.
