In one of the most well known and popular holiday areas of Germany, the Moselle area, lies Holiday- and Golf resort Cochem. You will find the luxurious bungalow of this brand new resort in the heart of the beautiful constructed golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the unique Moselle landscape, also for those who dont play golf. Surroudings: In a marvellous and various environment, with picturesque little wine villages and the medieval centre of Cochem in the near vicinity, you will enjoy a excessive amount of possibilities in order to be active and to relax. Recommendations are the gastronomy, the delicious Moselle Riesling and the world famous Cochemer Fortress, which is the symbol of the region. To be short, a wonderful environment in order to totally take some time off. The swimmingpool of the resort is closed form the 5th till the 16th of november. You will be compensated with free entrance tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem.
In 2019, this fully restyled semi-detached villa on Ferienresort Cochem was added to the program.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV. There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home.
At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- We would like to verify you that at bad weather conditions the golf course might be closed. This decision will be made every day, possibly every hour.
- At Ferienresort Cochem, from Monday 2 September 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool will be undergoing construction. The swimming pools will be closed during this period.
- The swimming pool at Cochem will be renovated from September 2024. This will take approximately one year.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

De huisjes zijn oud en bij ons was hij niet schoon

Huisjes dicht op elkaar, last en hinder van rokende gasten op het park. Zou een rookverbod moeten komen! Huisje heeft geen airco, met 38 graden moeten de ramen dus open staan. Weinig privacy in je tuin. Geen kinderveilige stopcontacten, huisje is in basis prima, maar als je goed kijkt zit er wel slijtage aan. Loszittende klinken, kozijnen van deuren die los zitten. De faciliteiten op het park zijn matig. Zit weinig sfeer op het park. Alles is vlak, weinig tot geen bomen (en dus een gebrek aan schaduw) Slechts 1 laadpaal beschikbaar voor een paar honderd huisjes.

Aankomst was goed alleen een beetje vroeg hahah Mooi huisje op een prachtig park een een super mooie omgeving.
