Villa with sauna near Cochem

The ground floor has one bathroom with a shower, while the first floor has three more: one with a shower, one with a bath, and one with a shower and sauna. Each floor also has a separate toilet. The layout of the villa makes it ideal for six adults, four children under 12 and up to three babies under 2. This child-friendly villa is fitted with a stair gate upstairs, child-proof sockets throughout and there's a playpen and a high chair. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is parking space for two cars at the holiday home. note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
