This cozy, comfortable detached house is located just a few meters from the Emmer River, on the edge of the charming village of Amelgatzen. As soon as you cross the bridge here, there are perfect opportunities to hike through the beautiful forest or cycle past various towns and castles on the Weser Cycle Path or the Emmer Cycle Path. The house is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired and even has an espresso machine for making delicious coffee, espresso, or cappuccino. A large doorway leads directly from the kitchen to the dining room. The cozy living room offers a beautiful view of the beautiful Weser Uplands and features a large digital TV. The first bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a wonderful rain shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor of the house, there are a total of four tastefully furnished bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms with a beautiful double box-spring bed and one bedroom with two single beds. This room, however, is accessible via another bedroom! Ideal for children, for example. The second bathroom on the first floor has a beautiful bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rail. The house's central yet quiet location makes it the ideal starting point for many excursions. Visit, for example, the spa park in Bad Pyrmont with its Palm Garden (9.9 km), Hämelschenburg Castle (1.8 km), the Pied Piper town of Hamelin (12.8 km), Corvey Monastery in Höxter, the Fürstenberg Porcelain Factory, and the Externsteine sandstone formations in the Teutoburg Forest. If you rent this house for 4 people, two bedrooms are available. You may wish to specify in advance which rooms you prefer. If you rent for 5 or more people, all rooms are available.
