This beautiful modernized cottage has a fantastic location only approx. 50 m to child-friendly beach. Located in a highly sought after area close to Ålbæk town and with a short distance to Skagen. The cottage is located on a natural plot directly down to the dunes with its own path down to the water at the end of the cul de sac. The house is bright, with large windows, wood stove, heat pump and sloping ceiling in the living room. In the bunk room are TV and PlayStation. There are three good bedrooms, one of which has a 3/4 bed. and there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area with direct access to the terrace, where there is always shelter to be found.
