Well maintained house with the & quot; real cottage environment & quot ;. Comfortable interior and access to both covered and open terrace. There is a kitchen from 2008. The large garden is secluded and sunny. The area is beautiful and suitable for walking and cycling. There are many excursion options for the whole family, whether it is the idyllic old town of Præstø nearby or BonBon-Land by Holme Olstrup for the smaller ones..

Det var et rent og hyggelig sommerhus, der var alt hvad man sku bruge, dejlige have hvor der kom rådyr og fasaner på besøg samt dejlige stisystemer hvor man kunne luffte sin hund, der var fred og ro , det er ikke sidste gang vi komme, hvis det er mulighed for at leje,
