Holiday home located in a quiet holiday home area by Als Odde within walking distance to the water. Bright living room in open connection with kitchen and dining area, where there is access to 2 terraces. There are 3 double rooms and a bright bathroom with a spa bath and shower. The house is located on a beautiful and high-lying plot with garden with petanque court, swing and sandpit in a nice forest area with many paths and good fishing opportunities. Not for rent to youth groups..
