This is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa that accomodates 8 people. Located in the middle of wine country, it's beautifully landscaped garden and barbecue makes for the perfect summer vacation. A visit to the wonderful wineries of the region is a must. The lovely towns of St. Emilion and Bergerac are 25 and 35 km away, respectively. If you're a water sports enthusiast or want to go horse riding, go to Antoine de Breuilh 6 km away. The Velines town centre is just 100 m away and you will find supplies in a 1 km vicinity of the home. The home has a private, landscaped garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue.

It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair as well as a boules court and play equipment.

Voor de derde keer op rij een super vakantie. Een zeer schoon huis met een hele grote mooie tuin, en behulpzamer eigenaren. Alles, maar dan ook alles is aanwezig. TOP!!

Wat een geweldig huis en wat een geweldige tuin! Het huis is lichtelijk gedateerd maar dat wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de geweldige tuin en hoe schoon en goed onderhouden alles is.
