This chalet is located near Les 3 Vallées ski area and the ski bus can be accessed from only 300 m. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 4 km away from the chalet. The town centre is also 4 km away from the stay. The chalet has a satellite TV, wooden stove, central heating and ski boot heaters. It also has an open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and gas cooker. The nearest airport in Geneva is a 2-hour drive from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.

Net vakantiehuis, geen eigen parkeerplaats en vrijwel geen buitenruimte. Wat betreft de buitenruimte was het niet duidelijk dat bijna alles van een buurman was tot de buurman dit meldde. Huis zelf was prima, fijne bedden. Alles is aanwezig en met 16 man prima naar ons zin gehad. Een stel verbleef in het appartement onder het huis en dat was slecht verwarmd. Helaas was het niet mogelijk om zelf aan de verwarmingsknoppen te draaien. Huisbaas was een zeer relaxte en vriendelijke man.
