Located in the upper part of Evian, Résidence Les Chalets d'Evian consists of about twenty wooden chalets (of up to 3 floors), each offering several apartments. The residence is located 3.5 km. from the center of Evian-les-Bains. The beautiful Lake Geneva is therefore at your feet. This apartment is located in a three-story chalet, accessible by elevator, on the side of the lake. It is nicely furnished and finished with lots of wood. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a single fold-out bed and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Outside you will find a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general parking lot. In Résidence Les Chalets d'Evian you can book various chalet apartments with or without a view of Lake Geneva for two to six people.
