This is a spacious 150m² villa in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux equipped with a private and secure swimming pool, the home is perfect for families and big groups. The house is located 1.

5 km from the centre of the village. It is very quiet and not overlooked. Very pleasant to live with a beautiful panoramic view with Mont Ventoux. Centrally located between the Drome and the Ardeche, it's the perfect base to explore both regions. A 30-minute drive will drop you at villages like Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres, or Nyons, and on the other side is the beautiful Ardeche with its famous Gorges, 45 km away, and the Gard with famous villages such as Montclus and Aiguèze, 25 km away. The home has a terrace and garden with furniture, so take some time to enjoy the views while you sip on a glass of wine. Possibility to park several cars in the courtyard. There is a barbecue for good times with family or friends, and many terraces, deckhairs and a swing. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Bij aankomst was het huis mooi schoon en lekker koel. De ligging van het huis is op een heuvel en je moet heuvel op wel even gas geven. Om het huis in te komen moeten er wel een trap genomen worden (2x vanaf waar de auto staat). De auto zelf kan mooi op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is erg mooi, met in de verre verte de Mont Ventoux. Het huis zelf is voorzien van alle gemak met in elke slaapkamer een badkamer met toilet. Ook hebben alle kamers een airco wat in de periode dat wij er waren geen overbodige luxe was (temperaturen van boven 35 graden voor 2 weken). Het zwembad was erg lekker en aangenaam. Dit ligt 's ochtends tot een uur of 1 in de volle zon, daarna door begroeiing in de schaduw om vervolgens tegen het einde van de dag weer in de zon te komen. Allemaal prima te doen. Ik zal niet snel 2x naar eenzelfde bestemming afreizen, maar zou het hier overwegen gezien het huis en de ligging. Een dikke aanrader.!!
