This is a beautiful 1-bedroom villa in Segonzac. It has a swimming pool and is perfect for a couple. This little village is the centre of Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. With its many vineyards, it's is a great area for hiking. If you are interested in learning how Cognac is made then the 'Université des Eaux-de-Vie' is well worth a visit. Towns worth visiting in the area include Poitiers and the port city of La Rochelle. The holiday island of Île de Ré is also close by. There's a tennis court 2km away and you'll find a supermarket and restaurant 1km from here.

we spent a wonderful week in the apartment and the beautiful garden. it is perfectly clean and all facilities are in very good condition. There is also a whirlpool by the pool, where you can relax. It is a site with two apartments attached to the house. there is a view of the vineyards and on the other side of the hills in the distance. and most importantly: your privacy is guaranteed. there is plenty to do in the area, and a visit to a cognac house should of course not be missed. the dutch owners are very nice and very good hosts.
