Description

On a hill with a panoramic view over the Bay of Cupabia, you could enjoy a relaxing holiday in an exceptional setting. The car-free residence is located between mountains and sea, above the beach of Cupabia, in the small town of Serra-di-Ferro.

A total of 115 apartments and semi-detached houses are located on a 6-hectare hillside property with palm trees, shady trees and Mediterranean plants. The complex has a communal pool (heated seasonally, opening depending on the weather) and leisure activities such as boules, mini golf, table tennis, playground. You can walk to Cupabia beach in about 30 minutes and the town center is 200 m away. In the fishing village of Porto Pollo, 7 km away, there are more beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The well-known hiking trail Mare e Monti Sud passes the residence.
