Description

Résidence L'Espinet enjoys a beautiful and peaceful location in an expansive green space. It is found on the outskirts of the charming town of Quillan. A total of 150 homes are scattered on the gently sloping, open terrain. This comfortable holiday home on the ground floor is detached and accommodates four people. From the partially covered terrace, accessible through the large patio doors, you have a view of the Pyrenees. The living room features cosy seating with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities. The house has two bedrooms.

Each has two single beds, or one has two single beds and the other a double bed. In addition, the house has a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there is a reliable internet connection (fibre optic). Your car can be parked in the general parking lot of the residence. In Résidence L'Espinet, various detached holiday homes for two to eight people are available for booking.

Mauvaise information à la réservation de la superficie du logement. 85m2 affichés (et réservés ) alors que le logement ne faisait que 45m2. Il m'afallu insister lourdement auprès de Belvilla pour qu'ils reconnaissent enfin leur erreur (au moins une 15aine de mails). Sur place, le logement (101) est très bien situé par rapport aux infrastructures et services proposés, la terrasse et l'espace extérieur sont de bonne taille. Le logement est par contre laissé dans son jus depuis au moins 20 ou 30 ans. Vieillot, carrelage de terrasse abîmé, frigo minuscule, meubles plus que simples, murs pas très propres...
