One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed is available, alongside an attached shower room and a relaxing chair. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, second refrigerator, and four-burner stove), and a separate WC. There is also a games room in the barn with a foosball table and seating. The home is pet-free. Located just 2 minutes from Uzerche, "La Perle du Limousin," this home is ideal for exploring the region. Nearby attractions include Uzerche’s water sports base for canoeing and kayaking, as well as fishing.

For swimming, visit the Bournazel Lake in Seilhac or Poncharal Lake in Vigeois. The AL GAULHIA Arboretum, just 1 km away, offers a beautiful collection of trees and water features to explore.
