Our Chalet Arber holiday home offered enough space for two families. The highlight of the day was the hot pot every evening. The small but finely equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired, even for hobby cooks. The spacious luxurious bathroom with its own sauna made the feeling of well-being perfect. Even for the smallest of problems (such as changing the battery in the TV remote control) there was a competent contact person on site around the clock. The holiday complex, located directly on the edge of the forest, offers active and decelerating activities for young and old. An offered bread roll service lets the day begin with breakfast. Conclusion.: Plant and concept all around successful. Thank you for relaxing days.

Very nicely situated, tastefully renovated and furnished detached old farmhouse. The combination with old and new is outstanding. On the upper floor you have to quickly get used to the deep ceilings, beams and doors, otherwise it becomes painful. For children a paradise, even if the house is located on a little busy road. There is enough space for children in the outdoor area. The terrace is adequate and with sun in the morning. There is no lack of furnishing or equipment and the typical things like toilets, soap, spices, partial coffee, washing utensils are available for the first time. We were two and so we could easily do without a dishwasher, but in six people I would miss this help. In Konzell there are bakers, butcher and an EDEKA market where you get everything you need. Fresh milk from the milk station at the farm of the Zwickenpflug family can only be recommended. The family Zwickenpflug (housekeeper) is very nice and always helpful.

Very nicely renovated Waldlerhaus. Many old building fabric and details get great, but with modern comfort. Beautiful location and surroundings, great view to the mountain train from the Hohenbogen to Arber. We were guests in the summer Very nice possibilities for hiking, running and cycling in the direct environment. Cultural, e.g. In Straubing is close. Wide area around the house, for families with small children, but also only adults wonderful. On the quiet track about 500 m away in the valley beautiful cycle path either direction Cham or as far as the Danube to Straubing (Regentalradweg). Nice care on the spot by family Zwickenpflug, the agriculture with milk station (also vegetables, honey, sausage, ...) have. We were 6 adults, everyone liked it very much.

+++ location, interior, kitchen equipment, beds, wall heating, well-functioning wireless internet despite thick walls, TV, swing, view great house! -It was not preheated, as we arrived takes a long time until it is warm (instruction heating should be in writing , is not done orally), dark bedside lamps (no reading in bed), kitchen not really clean, very noisy between the bedrooms and the kitchen - but just in such an old house, you just have to know no beach chairs borrowed bed linen very expensive ( 5-pp / N)
