Wij hadden app 525B, dat is vrijwel het gehele huis. Vooral de etage is ruim opgezet, met een fijn balkon. In de woning geldt wel een streng vuilnis beleid, maar met een beetje goede wil is dat wel na te leven, alleen het papier is niet zo gemakkelijk, dat hebben we dus maar maar meegenomen ;-) . Mühlbach ligt lekker centraal in de regio, waardoor je alle kanten op kunt. Communicatie met de beheerder verloopt via Whatsapp. Die was wel wat laat met aanvullende richtlijnen voor het verkrijgen van de toegang tot de woning. Advies aan de beheerder, doe dat minstens 1 dag van tevoren. Ik kan het appartement van harte aanbevelen!

Beautiful spacious clean house fully equipped, such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, smart TV and sonos. Kitchen also well equipped, with even a cheese slicer for us Dutchies. We only missed a big bowl for the lettuce. The area is very nice and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains on the other side of the valley. We had bought a subscription to the summer cable cars, including the Natrunbahn behind the house. This allowed us to go to the village without a car for sandwiches and groceries. Maria Alm and nearby Saalfelden have many good restaurants to suit all tastes. We have made many beautiful walks and cycled and swam in the vicinity. The climbing course on the mountain behind the house was also very worthwhile.

The reception at key pick up was very nice, we were already at 12.00h inside. The house looked well kept and clean looking. Everything is included, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, ample storage. Beautiful, large balcony on the 1st and 2nd floor with comfortable seating and table. The view from the house is magnificent. Very steep road to the house, and that you have to really do with the car. You can not just walk to the village, which is a pity. Furthermore, lots to see and do in the area. It was a top holiday, highly recommended!
