We had a very nice family weekend. Beautiful walks in the area, a little rain didn't stop us. Some points of interest for critical guests: - there was no WiFi during our stay (but we did not ask about this, perhaps this could be easily solved) - the kitchen is on the small side to cook for 23 guests, especially if there are several of you in the kitchen - the stairs leading to the top end in the living room, so you have to be careful that the smallest members of the group do not attempt to crawl up unattended - there were road works during our stay, we arrived on Friday evening, so you could drive past the works by car, but I don't know if this is possible on a working day/other phase of the works, of course the owner cannot do anything about this . According to Aquafin's website, the works are scheduled to be completed on March 1, 2024.

Het vreblijf is heel goed geweest. Alleen had de eigenaar van het pand ons mogen verwittigen ivm de wegenwerken voor de deur en de omleidingsroute mogen doorgeven. De deuropeningen waren niet gemaakt voor grote mensen (allemaal 1m80 en meer). We hebben ons goed geamuseerd, veel gewandeld. Het is een toffe verblijfplaats om met een grote groep een weekend door te brengen. Wel jammer dat er voor een groep van 18 mensen slechts 2 toiletten aanwezig waren.

Very charming holiday home, ideal for groups with children. Our children could not be beaten away by the calves and kids, they were even allowed to feed the animals with the bottle! The choice for a square dining table instead of a long one has ensured that we could chat comfortably and with all together every night. The TV has only risen for the children. A short walk left next to the house, so ideal to let the dog out in the morning and in the evening. A larger walk we have done a few kilometers further, namely the "Bronnenwandeling" (+ -9km), a very nice, varied walk. Now done in February, but in our opinion also especially beautiful in the spring. This holiday is highly recommended!
