Holiday home for 8 people in Montréal

The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is located beautifully high up in the city of Limoux with the most wonderful view over Limoux and the mountains. Very quiet location. The sunrise is spectacular especially when viewed from the 1st floor. The house has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped. If you rent bed linen and towels you get plenty of towels - both for showering and for the pool. We received lots of information and instructions before we arrived and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Birgit who is responsible for the house on behalf of the owners. Birgit is really doing a great job. She was very careful about explaining lots of practical and useful details to us. She also takes care of the cleaning - it is a big house but everything was 110% clean. We felt very welcome and at home from the moment we met Birgit and the house. Frank is taking care of the pool and many other things…. He is also very helpful. We were very sad when our stay was over - we really enjoyed our vacation!

A very big house! The pool is great if you come with kids. The area is very quiet, and yet there is a lot to discover around it. The city of Toulouse is just an hour's drive away, Lac de Saint-Ferréol just 30 minutes... Grocery shopping is also available! The house is not too old but not super modern either! You have to get used to the cracking and squeaking doors. Animals have enough space to work out in the garden, but also enough opportunities to retreat to rest! It doesn't matter whether you prefer the sun or prefer to stay in the shade, both are good and there are enough of them. The caretaker is very nice and can be easily reached by phone. We had a nice relaxing week there with our children and two dogs One more thing: you should take enough things with you if you don't want to be bitten by mosquitoes

We just got back from our stay in this house, it was great ! Blissfully heated swimming pool also ensures swimming pleasure when it is cloudy, 3 dining areas divided between inside and 2 different terraces, cozy lounge corner, kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine for every possibility of supply (nespresso, senseo, filter / ground beans). Internet and wifi good reception throughout the domain. the house is 2min. walking from the village center and the shop where you can find everything in terms of drinks and food to bridge a first weekend, there are supermarkets at 10min. to ride. The neighborhood is very quiet, which means that you can enjoy the silence, nature, view and the stars in the evening. Tap water is drinkable, which is not everywhere in Z-FR / N-SP. fully enclosed with sturdy gates and safety latches, makes it safe for children to let them roam freely. Definitely recommended!
