La Capitelle heeft onze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen , vaak is het afwachten of de foto's nog wel kloppen met de werkelijkheid, Nou hier klopt alles zowat met de werkelijkheid , tuurlijk kan sommige dingen hier en dáár best een nieuw laagje verf gebruiken , maar storend is het niet echt. Grappig dat er voor jonge gezinnen heel veel speelgoed en/of knutsel producten al aanwezig zijn net als een hele kast vol met gezins spelletjes en een la vol met kinder dvd's ☺️ en een boek mee nemen om te lezen hoeft ook niet perse , aangezien er in de vila voldoende leesvoer te vinden is in de kast ontzettend fijn dat je tussendoor snel nog even je badhanddoeken en zo kan wassen en/of kan drogen die extra koelkast / vriezer was een mega aanwinst met die warmte Het zwembad was waanzinnig evenals de jacuzzi , heerlijk kunnen zonnen op die bedden bij het zwembad miste alleen een heerlijke koele cocktail zijn helaas niet toegekomen om te ping pongen ( jaja er staat zelfs een heuse grote ping pong tafel in de schuur ) Onze pubers ( 17 & 15 ) hebben zich geen enkel moment verveeld, miste alleen een scoot om er zelf op uit te kunnen in de omgeving , maar goed met Pa of Moe kwamen ze ook overal hebben veel kleine omliggende dorpjes bezocht en elke ochtend wandelde ze naar de plaatselijke " bakker " cq mini super voor een verlaat ontbijt .. verschillende restaurants bezocht in de omgeving dat goed te doen is , maar lekker chill bbq kon ook op het terras .. Al met al des ondanks het lage waterdruk in zowel de keuken als beide douche'n hebben wij wel twee super weken gehad!! Karin nog bedankt voor je super snelle reactie / actie en Paul je bent echt een topper ! #Zeker een aanrader ... #Zeker 4.5 Ster waard

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. We have been renting a house with a swimming pool for about 10 years, where dogs are allowed. So we know what we are talking about: we have never received such a complete and clean house, where EVERYTHING was available. Not with all the worn out things, broken chairs and parasols. No: everything is available in abundance (e.g. cutlery, bags, glasses, pots and pans, food containers). In short, everything was sufficiently available. Even a user card to open the container in the village for household waste. The location of the house in relation to the village is perfect. There is a local shop where you (TIP!!!) can order your bread or pastries every day in advance for the next day. If you had any questions, you could always contact the hostess Karin, who would give you an answer very quickly. (We were without water for a day due to problems with the water supply in the region, and Karin regularly communicated the situation via WhatsApp. The village has also responded very well to this to provide water to everyone). 1 tip: the domain is not completely fenced, so if you bring your dog, he would get away from the street via the (high) wall. The house and the service are worth it!!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is located beautifully high up in the city of Limoux with the most wonderful view over Limoux and the mountains. Very quiet location. The sunrise is spectacular especially when viewed from the 1st floor. The house has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped. If you rent bed linen and towels you get plenty of towels - both for showering and for the pool. We received lots of information and instructions before we arrived and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Birgit who is responsible for the house on behalf of the owners. Birgit is really doing a great job. She was very careful about explaining lots of practical and useful details to us. She also takes care of the cleaning - it is a big house but everything was 110% clean. We felt very welcome and at home from the moment we met Birgit and the house. Frank is taking care of the pool and many other things…. He is also very helpful. We were very sad when our stay was over - we really enjoyed our vacation!

A very big house! The pool is great if you come with kids. The area is very quiet, and yet there is a lot to discover around it. The city of Toulouse is just an hour's drive away, Lac de Saint-Ferréol just 30 minutes... Grocery shopping is also available! The house is not too old but not super modern either! You have to get used to the cracking and squeaking doors. Animals have enough space to work out in the garden, but also enough opportunities to retreat to rest! It doesn't matter whether you prefer the sun or prefer to stay in the shade, both are good and there are enough of them. The caretaker is very nice and can be easily reached by phone. We had a nice relaxing week there with our children and two dogs One more thing: you should take enough things with you if you don't want to be bitten by mosquitoes
