Habitation pleine de charme, perfect equipment and décor with good design. Belle piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. A 2 minutes from the center of Monte San Martino and the situation ideal for exploring the region. (Castelluccio, Sarnano et ses cascades, Penna San Giovanni, Ascoli Piceno, etc.) A great thank you to Valentina for being very welcome and available. Bref, a pleasant idyllic and a happy life.

The house offers a lot of privacy, the large garden is indeed completely closable and is therefore ideal for a dog. The house offers everything it promises and what you see in the photos a lot of space, two bathrooms, nice chairs and of course a nice environment.A washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack are located in a separate room on the ground floor.There There were nice big soft bath towels and there were bathrobes, from the pool you have a nice view of the mountains and the hills in the area, but because of the hedge around you have a lot of freedom.The house is half way between Amandola and Sarnano, two medieval towns In the old part of Sarnano we met two residents and zero tourists on the weekday in mid-September. The owner - who lives a bit further away - also speaks English, which lowers the threshold a little bit. something would be, further she let us our privacy.
