Holiday home with BBQ in Agnone

We very much enjoyed our stay at casa limoncello (end april - early May 2017)! With the easy directions received from the owners it was easy to find. The welcome was very friendly by one of the owners and his wife. The house has 3 large and nice bedrooms, so in our case enough space (2 couples and 1 kid). The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The garden is great, with lemon trees and our little one was quite happy in a little tub we filled up with water. There were quite some musquito's outside, not sure it might have been the season, but take some repellent just in case. There were already some kids toys and also some bikes available (we didn't use though). In addition there is a bbq, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The sea is nearby but we liked Giardini Naxos better as it has also some restaurants, ice-cream places etc. We did some great trips to nearby cities (Taormina, Siracuse, Noto, Etna, Catania..) - each has their own character and with amazing history and great food they are all very nice to go see. We found for these visits that the house is perfectly located. The owner and his wife even took us for a tour in Catania (thanks again!!) and came directly when we had a little incident with a key. Weather-wise early May is a great time, we had 25 - 28 degrees, some wind, really perfect. Driving in Sicilia is a bit different and the parking can be challenging - we always looked on internet where would be good to park, quite many cities have some big parkings located just before the city which is convenient. The supermarket we used was in Lentini so about 15 mins drive, it is a big one that has all you need.

The arrival was very well organized, we were even called on the way to pass the GPS data of the house. We were received very nicely, yet unobtrusive, a fine gesture is the basket with some things from the region like olive oil, noodles and the like. Drinks were available in the refrigerator. We traveled with 2 German shepherd dogs. This house is ideal for dog owners. It is safe fenced, dogs can move freely. And there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The dogs of the farm a few meters behind it never ran free. Around the house you can go stress-free Gassi, and since still preseason was, we had the dogs also problem-free with the beach. The house has everything you need. Pool, bicycles, table tennis, a ball game and 2 fitness machines can be used. Otherwise, you should just relax, go to the beach orviele in a maximum of 1 hour reachable places to visit. It was a bit difficult at first to get more capsules for the coffee machine. The landlord was very nice, also by Whats app or SMS was an understanding - in English - possible. We would like to thank the Belvilla again, we have traveled with you several times and everything has worked out well or the Internet pages of the houses always meaningful and coherent. The house is ideal for a holiday with a dog. The property is completely fenced umd you can walk nearby or drive the 6.5 km to the sea. Except for a small piece with umbrellas and beach chairs, the beach is a natural beach on which at least at the end of May, almost nothing is going on and where you can walk for miles. The house is very nicely decorated, it is very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, a dishwasher, a washing machine and an espresso machine are missing. The landlord is very nice and speaks very good English. He cares very well and is easy to reach in case of problems. You can buy organic olive oil and organic wine from his own farm. The house is located on a small country road almost in a secluded location, opposite is an olive grove, in the back are fields. We and our dogs liked it very much.
