Holiday home Close to a golf course in Netherlands

Stay was fine. Cottage is beautiful and clean, location was very quiet by Corona but that is what we came for. Enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool. What was very disappointing is that the promised playstation was not available. When we reported this to the reception, the announcement was that all playstations have been removed because they were stolen in large numbers. This was also communicated to Belvilla in advance by the park. In all our communication regarding the rental, the playstation was still mentioned as usual, including the inventory list sent by Belvilla. Obviously, this was a big disappointment for the children. Reception referred us to Belvilla for further action: (but that was of no use to us at the time (yes, we were allowed to play mini golf for free, but the course was blank and it was not really to go mini golf again.

A very warm welcome, not only by the vlaai and the wine that were ready for us, but especially by the kindness of the homeowners. The holiday home was also fine enough (certainly for two people) and home furnishings. Both in and around Heerlen there is a lot to do and see. In Heerlen itself, for example, the Museum of Mining gave a good picture of the "mining history" in this area around the area, not only nice towns (we have been to Aachen), but there are also many hiking possibilities. We have walked in the vicinity of Vijlen and the Brunssumerheide (recommended in August).

We had a week and a nice weekend with the children and grandchildren in the 14-person villa. The house was very nice, very spacious. Also enough space around the house. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. That was a pity! To compensate, we received a voucher of 50 euros to spend on the next stay. The spice cabinets in the pool were also broken at first, they were repaired at the weekend. There are many facilities in the park, plenty to do! Staff we found very friendly!
