Both during summer and winter, Chalet Skadi offers the convenience of a very favourable location, approx. 700 m from the centre of charming Val d’Isère. During the winter, the ski school and pistes with the first lifts are within walking distance, about 400 m away. There's a Spar supermarket 100 m away.
Chalet Skadi features a reception (open 24/7), a pleasant lobby with billiards and football, luggage room, washing service, bread service, ski storage with individual lockers with shoe dryers and a parking garage (for a fee).
In 'Les Bains du Montana', Chalet Skadi's own spa, you can relax in the heated indoor swimming pool, the jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Beauty treatments and massages are possible (for a fee).
Val d’Isère is located in the very vast skiing area Espace Killy. Together with Tignes this is one of the largest and most attractive skiing areas of France. The après-ski is of course also "hip and happening" here; La Folie Douce has it all.
During the summer months you can engage in many mountain sports. Val d’Isère is the attractive centre of an active summer holiday in the French Alps. The highest point of the beautiful Col d’Iseran - the highest paved mountain pass of the Alps and of Europe at 2,770 m -should of course also be visited.
