Residence (with lift), situated at 650 m., located 2,5km by car and 1500m by footpath from the resort centre, shops and the gondola. Luchon is a small Pyrenean village, known for its thermal baths. The residence contains 107 apartments divided over 2 buildings with 4 floors each.
Luchon is linked to the skiing domain of Superbagnères (1800m), 17 km by car but only 8 minutes with the use of the telecabine (closing at 5 pm). You benefit at once from the advantages of a small Pyrenean village and from a ski area which reaches its highest point at the altitude of 2260 m (24 runs of which 3 green, 9 blue, 6 red, 6 black).

During the winter season 2022-2023, the gondola that links Luchon to the ski area of Superbagnères will not be operational. The access road to Superbagnères will remain forbidden to vehicles over 3.5 tons.
Our ski'bus service will unfortunately not be able to accompany our customers.
The ski resort will only be accessible by car.
