Le Hameau De Valloire

Valloire is a traditional mountain village, connected to Valmeinier (1500 and 1800) by the Galibier Thabor ski area. This ski area offers 150 km of ski runs for both beginners and advanced skiers. There are optimal snow conditions from December to April, partly thanks to the many snow cannons. There is also a snow park, half-pipe and ski-cross.
Every January, Valloire organises an international ice sculpture contest, in which hundreds of artists compete.
Valloire also offers other activities besides downhill skiing, such as cross-country skiing, dogsledding, snowshoeing, parasailing, skating and bowling. There is also a cinema in the village, as well as a variety of dance clubs. In other words, something for everyone!
Le Hameau de Valloire Residence, which consists of 67 apartments spread across 5 floors (with a lift), is located 1.5 km from the village centre and 1.2 km from the ski lifts. There are also ski busses that run regularly to the slopes. Each apartment has its own ski storage area.
You have free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, the fitness room and the squash courts during your stay. You can rent equipment free of charge as long as it's available.
