St Lary is a typical Pyrenean village. It is in the Aure valley and at an altitude of 830 metres. The village is 20 km from the Spanish border. It is famous for its warm springs. Saint Lary Pla d'Adet is 12 km away and at an altitude of 1700 metres. It is one of the highest resorts in the Pyrenees. It is also one of the most snow assured villages in the Midi-Pyrenees. The apartments of the Résidence Les Chalets de l'Adet are at the base of the slopes. They are 50 metres from the ski-lifts and the ESF French ski-school. The shops are 100 metres away. This new complex consists of 44 apartments spread over two large chalets with lifts. The swimming pool can be reached by a tunnel, so there is no need to go outdoors.
