Flat on the second floor of a three-storey semi-detached villa with a total of three flats. The owner lives in one of the flats. The entrances are independent and the outdoor spaces are hidden from view of the others. It is rather secluded, on a slope overlooking Lake Iseo and the village of Pisogne, both 2 km away. From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a splendid view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the garden there is also a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. Due to the location on a slope, the flat is reached by ascending one floor via an external stone staircase. Parking in the grounds of the property.

The place is reached by driving 400 metres up a straight, steep but asphalted road. The flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette, from which there is access to a large furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the lake; 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed and a folding bed. Bathroom with shower. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, balcony, shared garden, parking space and barbecue. Only 1.5 km away you will find a restaurant and a supermarket. Animals are always welcome! Please inform us of their possible presence before arrival. Orio al Serio international airport is 70 km away.

rested 5 people in may, very comfortable house. liked the area and very fantastic view. Everything you need is in the house. They were only looking for a drive to the house, but the locals suggested it. The owner is very nice, she was always in touch.

Er stond een fles met bubbels klaar voor ons in de koeler. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de eigenaresse en haar ouders.

De aankomst was heel leuk! Een fruitmandje met heerlijk fruit op tafel samen met een prachtige koeler vol met ijsblokjes en een heerlijke fles gekoelde bubbelwijn. En later nog een verrassing want we vonden ook nog 2 heerlijke ijsjes in het vriesvak. Het appartement was keurig schoon, eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en helpt met alles. De ouders van de eigenaar zijn lieve mensen die de prachtige tuin en het schitterende zwembad onderhouden. Het huis ligt werkelijk op een prachtige plek, op een helling, met een fantastisch uitzicht over het stadje Pisogne en een groot deel van het Iseo meer. In het stadje Pisogne zijn leuke terrasjes en uitstekende restaurants. Er is ook veel te zien en te doen in de directe omgeving en we deden dagtripjes naar Venetië, Verona en Milaan wat heel goed te doen is. Mijn vrouw en ik raden u deze accommodatie van harte aan. U krijgt veel waar voor uw geld en krijgt beslist geen spijt van deze keuze. We boekten dit huis van 02 juni 2018 tot 16 juni 2018 máár omdat we het gevoel hadden dat dit wel een heel speciale plek en huis is boekten we er nog een week bij, die van 16 juni 2018 tot 23 juni 2018.
