The house is simple but very functional. The islands of Elba and Il Giglio are ideal for excursions. Siena (90 km), Grosseto (15 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia are also worth a visit. The famous "Saturnia" thermal baths are 50 km away. In short, this is a destination with plenty to keep you entertained. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while soaking in the afternoon sun. Wood heating is provided for comfort. Play with your culinary skills and prepare a sizzling platter of barbecue for your dear ones in the evening. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated on the property. A washing machine is available. You can also relax on the bed which will be in the living room (from April 2024 to the end of January 2025). The guests have to pay €10 per day x water, light linen, initial and final cleaning upon arrival to the owner. The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.
