Former spinning mill from the 19th century on a vineyard of about 15,000 square meters on the outskirts of Costermano. You live in beautiful nature, above Garda, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
The building, which is a listed monument, was remodeled in such a way that its structure could largely be preserved. Een mooi complex, fijn appartement, leuke omgeving, vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk zwembad.
1 - puntje is de douche cabine is erg verouderd en mag wel veranderd worden.
