This is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Sellano with a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers. The holiday home is ideal for a small family or group of 5 persons who wish to spend a relaxed holiday. Sellano is a mountain village where people still live by the old traditions. You'll still see the shepherd pass by with his sheep. At 8 km from the home, you have a supermarket to buy groceries. To eat out, the restaurants are at 12 km. The surroundings are full of cultural sights. Visit Spoleto at 30 km to explore its historic architecture and art or Spello at 40 km via the Roman Porta Consulate.

Nature lovers can enjoy the waterfalls of Marmore at 30 km. The holiday home has indoor heating for comfort. In the large kitchen, you enjoy conversations while cooking. In the shared garden with lawn, you enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding forested hills. The evenings can be enjoyed with smoky barbecued meals and wine. Bicycles are available here.

Umbrie is een prachtige omgeving en de ligging van het appartement onderstreept dit. Adembenemend mooi! De ontvangst van Anna was hartelijk dus dan begint de vakantie al fijn. De eigenaar hebben wij ontmoet toen hij her zwembad aan het schoonmaken was . Een gastvrije vriendelijke man. Het appartement verde is knus ingericht. Wij zaten s ochtends om 7.00 uur al met een kopje koffie van het uitzicht te genieten. Een unieke plek hoog op een berg met uitzicht over de bergen. Een aanrader voor mensen die van natuur en rust houden. Voor vertier en restaurantjes moetf je naar de omliggende steden. Wij hebben daarom regelmatig zelf gekookt. Het zwembad is dichtbij en heerlijk. De kleine wandeling er naartoe is goed voor je kuitspieren. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad.
