Description
This holiday home with private pool is nestled in the hills and has a great view as far as Siracusa. The simple furnishings do not lack comfort; the house has many amenities that will make your holiday a success. Enjoy the view of the 1,700 square meter garden or the colorful sunsets from 3 verandas. A glass of local wine is a must. A grill is of course also available. Floridia is a small town in the province of Syracuse on the east coast of Sicily. It was founded in 1628 and is characterized by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the beautiful rocky coasts can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
Activities nearby: The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your holiday home. Even in ancient times it was considered very powerful and was once the cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, there are many testimonies to the long history of this special city, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the heart of the old town, for which you should plan a day. A tour of the Vendicari nature reserve, around 40 kilometers away, a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coastlines and sandy beaches, is also recommended. Here you can discover a variety of flora and fauna.
