The house is modernly furnished, has central heating for the mid- and winter seasons, is in a sunny location and offers a view of the greenery. From the covered roof terrace on the 3rd floor you can see Monte Baldo and the lake. The nearest beach is about 300 meters away. There are good shopping facilities (supermarket and specialty shops) in the immediate vicinity.
