With beautiful forest and dunes nearby, this modern villa in Groet has 5 bedrooms that can host 8 people. It is ideal for a group or families travelling together to stay enjoying the terrace with barbecue and central heating. A bike ride can take you to the beach (2 km) at Schoorl aan Zee or Camperduin. Within 2 minutes you can reach the Noord-Hollands dune with its hiking and biking routes. Art lovers must visit the artists' village of Bergen. Other places to check out are the city of Alkmaar and the Hollands Kaasmuseum. There are many restaurants in the area and supermarket can be reached in 300 m. The time flies as you relax in the hallway or in the living room with fireplace.

The central heating will keep you cozy. There is a terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy a barbecue and also a parasol to relax outside. The home allows 2 pets at $ 25 per pet per stay and also allows safe parking. Public transport is at 300 m and train station is at 15 km.

Für eine große Familie genau richtig! Ein Doppelzimmer ist etwas schwieriger zu erreichen da die Treppe sehr steil ist. Aber für ein junges verliebtes Pärchen genau das richtige. Wir haben es einfach etwas umgebaut 😉 toller großer Garten zum toben und sogar mit Grill. Zwei riesen Esstische (einer drin einer draußen) da hat jeder platz gefunden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Gerne wieder!
