Description

These brand-new, detached bungalows are situated in eco-friendly, car-free holiday resort Water Village, which will open its doors in July 2019. They are situated directly on the water. The bungalows are built using sustainable materials, they don't have a gas connection and are heated through a heat pump. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, either left separately, or pushed together to make a double bed.

There are two bathrooms (with underfloor heating), both with walk-in shower, and there's a separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find a third bedroom (lower ceiling height), also furnished with two single beds, separate or pushed together. You'll have an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal as well. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. You can park at the central parking lot. Holiday park Water Village is a completely new park and is still under construction. We will try to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. The images are artist's impressions. The Water Village - Zeeland. We verbleven in een heerlijk vakantiehuis in Zeeland. Het was perfect voor 6 personen. Er was veel licht, de algehele inrichting was op een goede manier minimalistisch en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige minpuntje was de steile trap (ladder) naar de kamer boven. Het werkte voor ons, maar zou moeilijk zijn voor jongere kinderen of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit.
