Description

This luxurious "beach villa" is usually located directly on the beautiful natural lake of the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding. Surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk. The beach villa exists in two versions: an orange brick villa with a tiled roof or a villa with a dark exterior in wood look with a zinc roof. Whatever you choose, you will always enjoy a bright living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor, there also is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal.

On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms. The beds are single box spring beds, whether or not they are set up for 2 people. Through the patio doors in the living room, you reach the lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. From here, you have a beautiful view over the water. There is parking for one car behind the villa. At Resort De Zanding, various holiday homes, chalets, villas and tiny houses can be booked for two to twenty people. Resort De Zanding is a holiday park in development. This means that (construction) work can take place in parts of the holiday park. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.
