A steeper staircase takes you up to two bedrooms and a larger living room. One bedroom has two single beds (90cm each) and in the other there is a double bed of 140cm. In the living room there is a daybed where you can relax and maybe read a book. The upper level is otherwise perfect for the children to be able to hang out on. At the back of the house spend time outdoors. There is outdoor furniture and a gas grill. You also have lawn and a very nice view! A pergola that additionally protects you from the worst rain. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very famous Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more.
